These terms apply when you book a consultation through this website. By submitting a booking request, you agree to them in full.
1. Nature of the consultation
Consultations are advisory sessions only. Recommendations and guidance shared during a session are for informational purposes. They do not create a development contract or long-term engagement unless a separate written agreement is signed.
2. Booking and confirmation
Submitting this form is a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. After review, you will receive a confirmation email containing the meeting link and the agreed date and time.
Once confirmed, the consultation time is fixed and will not be changed. The confirmation email is your meeting access. Please join on time using the link provided.
3. No cancellation or rescheduling
There is no cancellation or rescheduling option. Confirmed consultations are final. If you miss the session, it is treated as completed for scheduling purposes, and payment remains due as stated below.
4. Scope and outcomes
The session covers the topic you select and the goals you describe in the form. Advice is based on the information you provide. Outcomes may include recommendations and next steps — not finished code or a formal product build unless agreed separately in writing.
5. Payment
Payment is due within 24 hours after the consultation ends. Fees are based on the duration selected at booking. Payment instructions will be shared with or after confirmation. Late payment may result in declined future bookings and follow-up for the outstanding amount.
6. Confidentiality
Your business and product information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law or with your permission.
