1. Nature of the request
Submitting this form is a request for review and discussion only. It is not a confirmed project, quote acceptance, or hiring agreement. A paid engagement starts only after both parties sign a written agreement (or accept a clear written proposal that states it is binding).
2. Estimates and proposals
Any timeline, scope outline, or pricing shared after your brief is an estimate for planning. Final scope, fees, milestones, and delivery dates are confirmed only in the written agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
You confirm that:
-The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
-You have authority to discuss the project for yourself or your organization
-You will not submit unlawful content or confidential third-party material without permission
4. Confidentiality
I treat your business and project information as confidential and will not share it with third parties, except where required by law or with your permission. Please do the same with any non-public information I share during evaluation.
5. Intellectual property
Portfolio examples, templates, methods, and pre-existing tools remain mine (or their respective owners). Custom work created under a signed paid agreement is handled as defined in that agreement. Until an agreement is signed, no ownership of deliverables is transferred.
6. No obligation
I may accept, decline, or request more information after reviewing your brief. You may also decide not to proceed. Neither side is obligated to continue until a written agreement is in place.
